Comparisonator is proud to share this fantastic event and associated panel “Changing World of Football” during Football Forum Hungary 2026 which is set to unite global football industry leaders in Budapest.

Hosted at the Puskás Aréna one month before the UEFA Champions League Final, the event will gather over 1,000 decision-makers from clubs, federations and the football business ecosystem.

Football Forum Hungary 2026 will take place in Budapest between 20 and 22 April 2026, hosted at the iconic Puskás Aréna. Over three days, the region’s leading football business event will bring together key stakeholders from across the global football ecosystem to exchange knowledge, build partnerships and explore the future of the industry.

The forum connects decision-makers from across the professional and commercial sides of the game, including club executives, sporting directors, coaches, player agents, sponsors, analysts and industry experts.

The choice of venue adds a special dimension to the 2026 edition. The Puskás Aréna will host the UEFA Champions League Final just one month after the conference, placing Football Forum Hungary at the heart of one of the most significant moments in European football.

Riccardo Polacco – Chief Scout of Marseille

Riccardo Polacco is an Italian football scouting professional, born in 1996 in Pieve di Cadore, who represents a new generation of data-aware scouts combining video analysis, data intelligence, and traditional live scouting. With a background in sports and business studies, including education in the UK, Polacco has built a reputation for integrating structured, modern evaluation methods into recruitment processes. His career progression has been notably rapid, moving from a scouting role at LR Vicenza—where he later took on coordination responsibilities—to becoming Scouting Coordinator and Chief Scout at Triestina, followed by a short spell as Head of Scouting at AC Monza in 2025. In December 2025, he took a major step by joining Olympique de Marseille as Chief Scout, a move he highlighted publicly as a significant milestone in his career. In this role, he leads the club’s global scouting network, identifies both short-term and long-term transfer targets, structures scouting processes across data, video, and live observation, and supports recruitment decision-making in collaboration with the club’s sporting leadership.

Andrea Radrizzani – Former Owner of Leeds United FC

Andrea Radrizzani is an Italian sports media executive and businessman, best known as the former owner and chairman of Leeds United FC from 2017 to 2023. He took full control of the club in 2017 and was instrumental in appointing Marcelo Bielsa, leading to Leeds’ promotion to the Premier League in 2020 after 16 years. His tenure combined progress and challenges, ending with the club’s relegation and subsequent sale to 49ers Enterprises in 2023. Beyond Leeds, Radrizzani has remained active in football and media, including involvement with Italian club Sampdoria and ongoing roles in sports business through his Aser Group and broader investment activities.

Mustafa Eröğüt – Former Vice President of Turkish Football Federation

Mustafa Eröğüt is a Turkish football executive and sports administrator with over 15–17 years of experience across both club and federation levels. He held key roles at the Turkish Football Federation between 2012 and 2014, including Acting Director of Football Development and Deputy Director of Football, where he worked closely with national teams, coordinated with FIFA and UEFA, and oversaw development programs across multiple formats of the game.

He later became one of the leading figures at İstanbul Başakşehir FK, serving as Executive Director, CEO, and Vice President, playing a central role in the club’s rise and Süper Lig title success.

Eröğüt is known for his academic background in business and sports management (including studies in the United States and a PhD in sports administration) and for his involvement in broader football governance, including roles connected to UEFA and various sports organizations.

Moderator: Tarkan Batgun – CEO of Comparisonator Platform

As the CEO of Comparisonator, K. Tarkan Batgün brings more than 20 years of analytical expertise and experience from both club and agency perspectives within the global football industry. He served as a Board Member at Altınordu FK during the 2020–21 season and lectured at Haliç University’s Faculty of Physical Education and Sports between 2010 and 2021. Batgün’s career includes serving as Director of Scouting at Bursaspor, where he pioneered the concept of the “Scouting Laboratory,” and working as a management consultant with leading international companies such as SoccerLab, Wyscout, and Sportstec over the past 15 years. He has delivered lectures and courses on AI-driven football data for various football federations and has participated in major global football conferences and forums as both a keynote speaker and moderator.
