Dejan Damjanović is a former Montenegrin international footballer and one of the most successful strikers in Asian football history.
Holding the AFC Champions League all-time goalscoring record with 42 goals, Dejan established himself as one of the competition’s most influential players, representing clubs including FC Seoul, Beijing Guoan, Suwon Samsung Bluewings and Kitchee.
His remarkable K League career included 198 goals, three league championships and three consecutive Golden Boot awards between 2011 and 2013. He was also named K League MVP in 2012, becoming one of the most celebrated foreign players in South Korean football.
In 2025, Dejan made history again by becoming the first foreign-born player inducted into the K League Hall of Fame, recognizing his extraordinary contribution to Korean football.
