Who is Dennis Popperyd?
Dennis Popperyd is the Sporting Director of IFK Norrköping Women, where he leads the club’s sporting strategy, recruitment, squad planning, and long-term player development. Since joining the club in 2024, he has played a key role in strengthening both the first team and the academy, supporting IFK Norrköping Women’s ambition to establish itself among Sweden’s leading women’s football clubs.
Before joining IFK Norrköping, Popperyd served as Sporting Director at Växjö DFF, where he helped build a sustainable sporting structure and developed a pathway for academy players into the senior team. Earlier in his career, he worked as a talent scout within AIK Fotboll’s academy, gaining valuable experience in player identification and recruitment.
