Tom Caluwé, Sports Director at KV Mechelen, sees the services of Comparisonator as a nice addition to the existing tools. “Within our sporting cell we are always looking for new, innovative platforms that can give us extra insights in the field of recruitment and potential transfers. KV Mechelen will start using the Comparisonator systems from the 2020-2021 season. The company specializes in tracking, analyzing and comparing club and player statistics. Comparisonator’s technology fits in perfectly with the data-driven strategy that the club has pursued at a sporty level for several seasons.

Statistics of players and clubs are measured and made available on the basis of more than 100 parameters in 271 competitions. The Comparisonator data gives the club unique insights into players and opponents. Initially, the sporty cell will use Comparisonator, but the marketing department can also use it to create unique content.
